Yayasan Peduli Kasih Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus is a non-profit organization engaged in empowering families of children with special needs who live in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto. This foundation has shelters to develop skills and service programs in helping children in their community. The event of the Yayasan Peduli Kasih Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus in collaboration with the Ikatan Sindroma Down Indonesia (ISDI) in developing the skills of children with Down syndrome which will be held on Friday, December 23, 2022 at 19:00 – 20:15 WIB via zoom meeting and live streaming on Youtube Harian Surya and Tribunnews with the resource person Ms. Aryanti Rosihan Yacub as Founder and Chairperson of the Trustees of the Ikatan Sindroma Down Indonesia (ISDI) moderated by Aden Hadi. This event is free and open to the public.

ISDI (Ikatan Sindroma Down Indonesia or Indonesian Down syndrome Society) was formally established on 21 st April 1999. A non-profit support group of parents, medical professions, special-needs experts, teachers, and all of those who have deep concern.
We, as parents are very concerned of the future of children with Down syndrome in Indonesia especially when little is done to support them by the government or other non-profit organizations.
We so look forward towards a better future by sharing our experiences and supporting each other in our monthly gatherings. This way we gain knowledge and our children benefit from our experiences.
